These terms form the agreement between you and Stowline Carry LLC when you use this store or buy from it.

By browsing stowlinecarry.shop or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the store. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, volumes and materials. Screens render colour differently, so a colourway may not look identical to the photographs. Volumes are measured by bead fill and are accurate to within five percent. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted; if an item sells out between your order and our dispatch, we will tell you and refund that line in full.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed, through Stripe. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, and we will contact you before doing so.
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order for reasons including suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, a pricing error or unusual quantities suggesting resale.
We ship within the United States on the terms set out on the shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you supplied. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control, though we will help you chase them.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused goods, and our lifetime hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects for as long as you own the bag. The full terms, including what the warranty excludes, are on the shipping, returns and warranty page and form part of these terms.
You agree not to use this store to break the law, to scrape or copy it at scale, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to resell our products as an unauthorised dealer. We sell direct only; we do not authorise third-party resellers, and warranty service is available only to the owner of a bag bought from this store.
The Stowline Carry name, logo, product designs, photography, copy and the design of this site belong to Stowline Carry LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. Product names of third-party materials — including CORDURA®, YKK®, Duraflex®, X-Pac® and bluesign® — belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the components we buy.
If you send us a review, photograph or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the store, and you confirm that it is yours to give. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.
Except for the warranties expressly given in these terms and on the warranty page, and except for rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, this store and its products are supplied "as is". We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or missed travel. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify Stowline Carry LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing, please contact us — most disputes are resolved by email in a few days.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised terms.
