Card payments on this store are processed by Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Chargeback and dispute correspondence is handled through Stripe's dispute process, which may require us to share the order record, delivery confirmation and relevant support correspondence with the card network and the issuing bank.

Every service provider is bound by a written contract that limits their use of the information to the services they perform for us. We do not disclose personal information to data brokers or to advertising networks for their own purposes.

Your cart and recently viewed products are held in your browser's local storage, on your device, and are not transmitted to us until you place an order. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising and disable non-essential analytics for that browser.

9. How we protect information

The store is served exclusively over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to order data is restricted to staff who need it, protected by unique accounts and multi-factor authentication, and logged. Payment credentials never touch our infrastructure. We review our providers' security posture before onboarding them and reassess annually. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable state law.

To make a request, email info@stowlinecarry.shop with the subject line "Privacy request", or write to the postal address above. We verify your identity by matching the details in your request against our order records, and we may ask for an order number or for confirmation from the email address on file. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days where a request is complex, telling you before we do. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.

Stowline Carry does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, including for consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email info@stowlinecarry.shop and we will delete it.

We ship only within the United States and our systems and service providers are located there. If you visit this store from another country, any personal information you provide is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law differs from the law of your home country.

When this policy changes we update the "last updated" date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use personal information already collected, we will give notice by email or by a prominent notice in the store before the change takes effect.
